In the case of admission of students in each department of the university, students are admitted in different courses under different departments subject to following and following the rules set by the Bangladesh University Grants Commission.

Eligibility for admission at undergraduate level
For admission to each course at undergraduate level, students must have at least second division or GPA 2.5 in SSC and HSC or equivalent examination. OR 5 courses at ‘O’ level and at least 2 major courses at ‘A’ level with a minimum grade of ‘C’. Or students who have earned an American high school diploma can also apply for admission at the graduate level.

Eligibility for admission at graduate level
Students who have passed graduation degree with related subjects and at least second class in all examinations can apply for admission. Second Class Graduation in any subject for admission to MBA course in Business Administration Department. At least 2 (two) years of working experience in an executive or equivalent position in any reputed organization for admission to Executive MBA course.

Rules and Regulations:
Three trimesters (Spring, Summer and Fall trimesters) are currently running in each academic year. From next January-2023, according to the instructions of the sanctioning commission, students will get admission in two semesters namely: Spring semester (January-June) and Summer semester (July-December).
