Q. Zong as a Commonwealth Fellow in 2002-2003 through the Commonwealth Fellowship Program.

MSc Thesis: Successfully completed the Post Graduate Thesis titled “Design and Fabrication of a Digital Control Relay” in the Electronics Laboratory, Bangladesh Atomic Energy Centre, Dhaka under the supervision of Professor Dr. M. A. Raqib, Department of Physics, Jahangirnagar University, Savar, Dhaka-1342 in 1981.
